Charley Hull was victorious at the 2019 Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open with a wire-to-wire victory, securing her second Ladies European Tour title.

Hull shot rounds of 67, 72 and 69 in blustery conditions for a total of eight-under-par 208 to finish one stroke ahead of Marianne Skarpnord, at the stunning Saadiyat Beach Golf Club in Abu Dhabi.

The Englishwoman’s clutch up and down from the bank bunker on the 18th hole, was enough to secure victory and start her 2019 season with a bang.

With the revised pro-am format a resounding success among amateurs and professionals alike, the golf coming down the stretch was incredibly impressive with Hull, and Solheim Cup team mate, Jodi Ewart-Shadoff going head to head.

2017 champion Aditi Ashok shot the round of the final day, a six under par 66, but ended in a tie for eighth.
